International Immersions
Our international immersions offer experiences that foster global learning, reciprocity, and deep connection. Designed for those seeking meaningful engagement, our trips go beyond traditional “immersion experiences” by bringing participants together with local communities to share knowledge, stories, and perspectives, while focusing on wellbeing. Through bi-directional learning, we recognize that we are all teachers and learners, growing together in an equitable and respectful exchange.
Each immersion integrates experiential activities in mindfulness, cultural identity, and community connection, creating space for personal and collective transformation. We engage in meaningful dialogue to share ideas, shifting the paradigm from passive learning to active, bi-directional growth.
A focus on wellbeing. Immersions are designed to nurture the wellbeing of participants, hosts, and the environment. We integrate mindfulness and movement into our itineraries, offering space for reflection and restoration. Healthy meals are available, while time spent in nature fosters connection with the land. We also honor the need for personal time to reflect, recharge, and engage in activities that bring you joy!
The facilitation team includes local leaders and professionals, ensuring that every experience is rooted in authenticity and a deep understanding of the local context.
After a global retreat, the hope is that you will be changed. You will have a better understanding of local contexts, new friends, a deeper connection to self and others, and feel recharged.

Restorative Retreats
Our retreats are designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit of change makers and those dedicated to justice and equity. In a world that often demands relentless action, we create an alternative space—a sanctuary for rest, joy, and renewal. These experiences center wellbeing through healthy meals, time in the rhythms of nature, creativity, and play — recognizing that true sustainability in justice work requires balance. Facilitated by healers, cultural leaders, and wellness practitioners, our retreats weave together evidence-based science and traditional knowledge, honoring ancestral wisdom and holistic healing practices.
In addition to rest, our retreats offer safe and brave spaces for deep connection, self-reflection, and transformation. Through mindfulness, movement, storytelling, and shared meals, we cultivate a community where change makers can recharge, reconnect with purpose, and emerge refreshed. By prioritizing joy and wellbeing, we reclaim rest as a radical act—one that fuels us to continue the work of justice with clarity and strength.
