Joel Karabo Elliott is a human who resonates frequently with Music and Nature and all the generations of humankind in joy, while reflecting the blessings of service and play as a fluid mode of work in the world. JoEL harmonizes as a singer, composer, multi-instrumentalist, educator, and artist for commUnity regeneration.His various branches of life-work are integrated through the sound signature and good deeds of the Roots Grown Deep World Music & Healing Arts Ensemble. Established in Southern Africa and in Appalachia, this trust-based collaborative communiversity continues an ongoing research and expression of 'Musical Ecology' through sound, healing modalities, performance ritual, rites of passage, and Consciousness-based education. JoEL also serves as a musical doula, creative ambassador and artist-in-residence with the Center for Conscious Living & Dying (Swannanoa, NC). His most recent album titled reSonate reFlect reLease reMember is available on all platforms and features the CCLD One Voice Choir and members of the American Branches of Roots Grown Deep.
